Tasked with establishing a value proposition in order to shift perception and shine a light on the positive working experience of Baker McKenzie employees as well as the diverse skill sets from which candidates are sought. ASG designed an innovative Employer Brand and connected recruitment campaign which was creatively focused and meaningful in its message.


Using personal stories and real-life representatives, the campaign saw web traffic increase by 500% and succeeded in delivering a surplus of talent while also initiating a long-term perception shift to allow future recruitment success.
